What is the rental rate and what does it include?

Is there a deposit? When are payments due?

Yes. When the contract is signed, a $1000 down payment is required to secure the date.

Remaining balance is broken into 3 payments. They are paid at 9 months, 6 months & 3 months prior to booked date. If booking is made after these time frames, other arrangements will be made.

If we choose the one day option, do we have access for rehearsal?

If you choose the one day rental, our venue will likely be reserved by another couple the night before. We do offer a 1 hour rehearsal option (no food) Monday-Thursday. These slots may be reserved 30 days prior to your wedding day. You may also choose to do same day rehearsal.

What is the building capacity?

The Barn

170 guests, including the bridal party, inside the venue for dinner. Total max is 250 guests, as you are able to seat an additional 80 on the covered patio.


The Chapel

150 guests, including bridal party

Can I provide my own vendors?

Yes. We are happy for you to use vendors that you choose, but they must be approved by Firefly Lane. If you need recommendations we will gladly provide a list of our preferred vendors.

Am I allowed to have alcohol?

Yes. You must hire an ABC licensed bartender to serve all alcohol. Your bartender must be chosen from our Preferred list.

Do you require event liablity insurance?

Yes. All events are required to purchase event liability insurance through Morrison & Fuson Insurance Agency. This will add $176 to your event.
