To secure your wedding date, we will send over a contract via email for your review. Once the contract is signed and we have received your $2,000 down payment, that date is all yours! The remaining venue balance is broken into three payments.

Your allotted rental time is 13 hours. You may arrive as early as 10 a.m. and stay as late as 11 p.m. Music must be off at 10 p.m. Cleanup and vendor load-out is from 10 p.m.-11 p.m. Setup is done during your rental time.

We require a $1 million day-of liability insurance policy (about $176) through our local insurance company. This protects you as the client, your guests and the venue. If you are having alcohol, you must add Host Liquor Liability.

A fully refundable $750 security deposit is due two weeks before your event. As long as you and your guests adhere to the venue rules as outlined in your contract and no damages or theft occurs, you receive that back the next business day.

If you are serving alcohol, you are required to pay the $275 fee for Security.

You may bring your own alcohol. However, you are required to hire one of the bartenders from our Preferred Vendor List. You are also required to have Security onsite during your reception. Security is hired through Firefly Lane with a $275 fee.

The Farmhouse is available to rent for you and your guests. The Farmhouse offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 10.

Yes! From wedding planners to florists and caterers, we have worked with some of the best companies in the industry and would love to share their information with you! You may bring in your own vendors, should you choose to do so, with approval from Firefly Lane representatives.
